I miss you Emily!

I just wanted to make a quick post about my daughter Emily. Yesterday was the anniversary of her death 4 years ago and I was not even able to get out to see her grave. Her birthday was a few weeks ago and I was out of town and unable to go see her grave then also. I know the grave is not important because her spirit is not really there, but I still missed going there. I just want her to know that I remember her and miss her very much. She is always in my heart. I am so greatful for the 3 beautiful years I was able to be with her. I love you Emily!!!!!

    Okay. Now you made me cry. I think of her often. I really do. Mason asked about her just last month and we talked about her together. I'm glad we had that babysitting trade so I could get to know her better.

    OH man. I can't believe how long it's been. It's gone by so fast. I guess maybe not for your family though. :(

    I loved seeing the relationship your kids had with Emily. She was an amazing spirit for sure! Your post is so sweet.
